Pastor Arnold C. Ruffin

Pastor, Arnold C. Ruffin was born and raised in Greensburg Pennsylvania. The Holy Ghost convicted and convinced Pastor Ruffin to be saved in March 1976 at the First Church of God in Christ in Greensburg, PA.

Pastor Ruffin became a licensed Minister of the Church of God in Christ in April 1980 under the pasturage of Pastor David Berger in Benazir, Pennsylvania at Ruffin Temple Church of God in Christ.

Minister Ruffin and family relocated to Canton Ohio in 1982. Minister Arnold Ruffin was a faithful minister at the God Given Church of God in Christ. Minister Arnold Ruffin was ordained Elder of the Church of God in Christ 1984.

Elder Ruffin was led by the Holy Ghost in 1984 to begin a work in Canton Ohio where he was Pastor and Founder of Little Rock C.O.G.I.C. until 1995, where his ministry began with five adults and his three children.

In 1995, Pastor Ruffin and his family relocated to Atlanta, GA.

In 2009, the Lord again led Pastor Ruffin to begin a new work in the Atlanta area. Pastor Ruffin founded Solid Rock Sanctuary C.O.G.I.C.

Solid Rock Sanctuary C.O.G.I.C. first service was held January 4, 2009 at the Ramada Inn on Virginia Ave Hapeville Georgia. Solid Rock Sanctuary worshiped at the Ramada Inn for only three months.

Solid Rock Sanctuary then moved to Forest Park Georgia to lease Bethesda Seven Day Adventist Church for a little over a year, only having services on Tuesdays and Sunday Morning for two hours each day.

Pastor Arnold Ruffin wanted to have a place where the saints could pray every day, and have revival as the Lord led, Solid Rock Sanctuary then moved to 148 Valley Hill Road and was there one year.

Pastor Arnold Ruffin was elevated to District Superintendent in 2011, by Bishop John Wayne Leggett.
